Privacy Policy
Tinlark collects as little personal data as it can. This page says what it does collect, why, and what you can ask for. Contact: [email protected].
1. This website
- gettinlark.com sets no cookies and has no advertising scripts or cross-site trackers.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring site, country, and browser and device type. It works without cookies and does not follow you across other sites or build a profile of you. The small script that does this is loaded from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com).
2. When you buy
Checkout is run by Polar, the merchant of record. Polar collects your payment details, billing details and email address, and handles tax and receipts under its own privacy policy. Tinlark does not see or store your card number. Tinlark receives from Polar the details it needs to deliver the product and support you: your email address, your name or billing name if you gave one, your country, and the subscription you bought.
3. When you use a product
Products that use an access key or an account keep the records needed to run the service: which key made a request, when, to which endpoint, and whether it succeeded. These records are used to deliver and bill for the product, to fix faults and to prevent abuse. A product page says so if a product collects anything more.
4. When you write to us
Emails to [email protected] are kept so that the conversation can be followed and answered. The mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), which processes the messages for us.
5. How the data is used
Only to sell, deliver, bill for and support the products, to keep them secure, and to meet legal obligations. Tinlark does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising and does not build profiles of customers.
6. Who else sees it
- Polar, for payments, tax, receipts and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare, for hosting and delivering the website and parts of some products.
- Google, for the support mailbox.
- Marketplaces such as the Apify Store, for products bought there, under their own policies.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. They process data under their own safeguards and terms.
7. How long it is kept
Customer and subscription records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or dispute rules require. Request logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful to resolve your question and for a reasonable time afterwards.
8. Your rights
You can ask Tinlark to show you the personal data it holds about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you also have the right to move your data and to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used when buying. Data that Polar holds as merchant of record is handled by Polar.
9. Children
Tinlark's products are for adults and businesses. They are not meant for children under 16, and Tinlark does not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new "last updated" date.
