App Store Ratings & Reviews Monitor
In the Apify Store
Apple App Store ratings and reviews for iOS and Mac apps in every country, with a monitor mode that returns only what changed.
Give it app ids, App Store links or bundle ids and a list of countries. It returns one rating snapshot per app and country, or the latest customer reviews. On a daily schedule, monitor mode becomes an alert feed. Reviewer names are never output.
What you get
- Ratings by country. Average rating, rating count, rating for the current version, version, release notes, price, seller, genres, content rating, minimum OS version and file size, for each app and country side by side.
- Latest reviews. Rating, title, text, app version, date and helpfulness votes. Filter by star rating (for example 1 and 2 stars only) or by date.
- Monitor mode. The first run records a baseline at no charge. Later runs return a row only for apps that changed, with
ratingDelta, ratingCountDelta, previousVersionand the new reviews. - Find apps by keyword. A search term such as
habit trackeradds the top results (iPhone and iPad, Mac, or both). - No reviewer names. Each review carries a stable pseudonymous hash for de-duplication instead.

Limits
- About 500 most recent reviews per app and country. Apple's public feed serves 10 pages of 50. Older reviews cannot be read, and only reviews with written text appear.
- iOS and Mac apps only. Music, books, podcasts and other Apple store items are not covered.
- Pace. It keeps to Apple's stated rate of about 20 calls a minute per endpoint. Two apps in three countries take about 10 seconds; all 175 storefronts take several minutes.
- No history before your first run. Monitor mode builds the history from the day you start it.
Data source
Apple's public iTunes Lookup and Search API and Apple's public customer reviews feed. No login, no private APIs, no artwork or screenshots. Every row names its source.
